Apparition

As an action, you turn on the spot, attempting to disapparate into nothingness and appear at your envisioned destination. Based on the distance to your destination, you expend the appropriate spell slot. Make an ability check using your spellcasting ability (Other Formula).

 

Use the following roll table to determine the result:

Ability Check	Apparition Result
15 or higher	You disapparate properly and arrive safely.
11-14	You disapparate but arrive off-target (r d20).
7-10	The disapparition feels off and you stop yourself. Nothing happens.
5-6	You suffer a Minor Splinch and arrive off-target.
4 or below	You suffer a Major Splinch and arrive off-target.
